Return policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the items.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods may not be eligible for return.

  • For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of sealed personal-care products that have been unsealed after delivery, unless the goods are faulty.

  1. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support at support@allnatural.me to initiate a return request .

  • Be sure to include your order number, the items you’re returning, and whether it’s a statutory cancellation or a standard return.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  1. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days upon receiving the goods back.

  • If you cancel your order within your legal 30-day cooling-off right, we will refund the product price and the basic (cheapest) outbound delivery cost. We do not refund any premium delivery upgrades.

  1. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund as applicable.
